Description
Creativevents have been awarded the contract for all retail catering for Earls Court and ExCeL during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. We have committed to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers of the Games and we can only do this through effective induction and training of our staff.
We require need three trainers to help prepare Creativevents staff deliver a successful Olympic Games. We are in the process of preparing a new Induction and Training session to deliver to over 1200 staff in the next 8 months. This Induction will consist of the following training sessions:
· An introduction to the London 2012 Games and Creativevents
· Customer Service
· Bar Operations
· Barista Skills
· Health & Safety
· Food Safety
If you have a Passion for People and Creativevents this is for you. We need people that are confident in presenting to groups and have great energy levels along with high standards in all of the areas listed above. We will also train you to be the best you can be! You'll need to have a very flexible schedule, ready to start immediately and commit at least until the end of the Games (September 2012).
The Inductions will be happening once a week every week until July 2012 with additional days nearer to Games time.

Requirements
Full training is provided so experience is not essential but would be preferable. Successful applicants will be POLITE, of SMART APPEARANCE and willing to work hard and well in a team environment!
