The training also covers understanding & using Fidelio Opera PMS hotel computer reservation system, UK 5* Hotel procedures & brand standards, booking procedures, hands-on practise sessions behind our Hotel Reception desk, hotel terminology (specific language used in the UK), learning to up-sell a room to a guest and client complaint handling.

Our supportive course also includes career path planning for a clear understanding of your future in Hotels, CV writing skills including our guidance on creating the perfect CV for Hotels and interview techniques including our guidance on how to perform in an interview.

Requirements

Confidence and good communication skills at all levels
