Join us this summer as a Team Leaders for your chance to work at festivals and sporting events including the Olympics!
This is a step on the way to becoming a manager and the role is to support the Unit Manager and deputise when the UM is not around. You’ll be helping to lead the team in the buzz of our state-of-the-art mobile units at some of the country’s busiest live events. You’ll also be preparing and cooking all of our premium quality food from scratch and will be responsible for ensuring the unit’s kitchens are kept to a high standard.
Many of our casual staff work with us throughout their university careers and learn valuable transferable skills working at a wide variety of events, managing logistics, leading teams and taking responsibility for cash transactions and stock control.
Our summer schedule works neatly around the academic year, so if you're a student looking for summer work, this could be your chance to earn some great money, make new friends and enjoy a superb and busy summer.
Please note we are not an agency and you will be working directly for The Fine Food Company.

Requirements
You must have a good command of the English language, be of smart appearance and work well in a team environment. You’ll need to be flexible, willing to learn and ready to work under pressure. Experience of working in a busy kitchen and ideally a mobile kitchen is essential. Full training will be given. Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2 is required for this position. FH level 3 training will be provided.
