We are now recruiting for Street Fundraisers in Southampton to help generate much needed donations for the hugely deserving charities we are currently working with. Spend your day talking to members of the public, telling them all about the amazing work your charity does and inspiring them to make regular donations.
What does it take to become a Fundraiser?
As far as your work experience goes we’re not looking for any background in particular. Of course any face to face sales or customer service experience will be an advantage but it is you as an individual we are interested in and your excellent people skills!
Training:
Full training will be provided whilst under the guidance of a qualified Team Leader who will provide ongoing support.
A couple of things to consider:
You work in all weathers, you face constant rejection and you need an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to stay motivated but the feeling of achievement at the end of the day is truly amazing. There aren’t many jobs that pay you to help change the world!
Hours:
Our Street Fundraisers work Monday to Friday 10.30am-6pm plus travel time. When fundraising outside of Leeds you will meet at the train station where travel will be organised and paid for by your Team Leader.
Pay:
Fundraising is paid at £8 per hour, training £6.25 p/hr and travel at £6 per hour. PLUS we offer a generous uncapped bonus scheme. Earn a realistic £300-600 per week!
Requirements
All applicants must be over 18 and be eligible to work in the UK.
