Want to get paid to sail in the sun?
PGL, the UK's leading provider of activity holidays for children, have opportunities for qualified RYA Sailors to join the staff team in 2012 and work at one of our market-leading activity centres in either the South of France or Spain.
PGL has been introducing young people to exhilarating watersports for over 50 years and operate RYA recognised teaching establishments in France and Spain.
We are looking for people who can share their passion for the water with our young guests and inspire, motivate and reassure. To work as a Sailing Instructor you do need to hold a minimum of your Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Seamanship award.
PGL uses Laser Picos and Funboats, Toppers and Topper Taz, RS Feva and RS Visions, and Hobie 15 catamarans.
Based either at Mimosa or La Fosca, both residential activity centres with idyllic seafront locations, you’ll introduce visiting school groups to sailing from the uncrowded beaches on the beautiful Languedoc or Costa Brava coast.
As well as your sailing experience, we’re looking for people bursting with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and lots of energy! You'll pick up numerous transferable skills for your CV including group communication, confidence, resourcefulness and how to handle situations as they arise.

Positions are available to start working in May, contracted until the end of August.
There may be the opportunity to return to PGL for the 2013 season, based in the UK, France or Spain.
Requirements
Applicants must hold the following qualifications; Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Seamanship award.
Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced CRB disclosure, which PGL will pay for.
You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this position.
