Description
Work at THE London Concert Venue.
The main objective of this role is to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the different menus and hospitality packages that we cater for within the highly customer focused restaurant.
Tasks will include customer liaison, money handling, troubleshooting and supporting the bar and restaurant staff as required, the use of tills and our electronic order pad system, food and beverage service in a polite and friendly manner, table setting and cleaning along with general supervisory roles.
Together with seating and greeting you will ensure the smooth running and operation of this busy area and still be ready with a smile at the end of service to wish your guests an enjoyable experience.
Requirements
Experience within a restaurant is essential and experience of some position of seniority is desirable.
You will be the face of the restaurant as you are the first point of contact with our guest. Therefore you will be expected to:
* Have great customer care skills
* Be flexible and prepared to help out the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner
* Be able to work in a busy environment
* Have good command of the English language.
* Be pro active and be hands on in your approach
Applicants must live within daily travelling distance of Wembley and be UK/EU residents or non-residents with a valid UK work permit.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
