Work on Herm Island this Summer!

The White House Hotel and Mermaid Tavern are looking for Chef de Parties and demi chef de parties to work throughout the summer. If you have worked in a busy, quality food operation in the past, then this could well be the next challenge for you.

If you have a thirst for cooking knowledge, and are willing to progress within the kitchen environment, but don't have as much experience, then a demi chef de partie position may well be the best choice for you.

Requirements

You must have the right to work in the UK or have a valid work permits.

You will have to display an excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene, although full training is available in this area and will be given to those that do not possess a certificate of training.
