Description

Imagine spending 6 to 12 months on an Australian tropical island with the Great Barrier Reef on your doorstep.

Commis and Demi Chef positions in one of Australia’s top island resorts is a dream come true for any new or experienced chef.

The island boasts over 15 different dining and restaurant options ranging from five-star restaurant overlooking the coral sea to the casual dining of the golf club.

It’s not often you get to work on a tropical island and get paid more than most hotels will offer!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years practical experience in a hotel or a la carte restaurant kitchen. You will be an individual with a keen eye for detail, have an excellent understanding of quality culinary operations.

Most of all you will have a passion for food, fresh ingredients and be a team player.

To apply you must be eligible for an Australian working holiday visa.

Applicants must be between the ages 18-30
