Description
Reporting to the Resort Head Chef, we are looking to recruit a motivated Chef de Partie to join The Olive Tree brigade in The 5* Celtic Manor Resort. The Restaurant is a lively and informal restaurant featuring contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and can cater for up to 600 guests for breakfast and 180 for dinner.
The kitchen is also responsible for producing the highest standards of food for Merlins Bar which serves afternoon and evening snacks, 24 hours Room Service and The Forum Leisure Café which offers light snacks for our leisure and spa guests.

Requirements
As a Chef de Partie you must be able to maintain standards even when under pressure and have the desire to succeed. This role provides an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Demi Chef de Partie looking for their next step or a Chef de Partie looking to move kitchens to expand their knowledge and work with a talented brigade.
