Fancy getting out of the UK and cooking at a stunning boutique watersports club?

Peligoni is looking for chefs for our dynamic and busy kitchen. We aim to provide a diverse menu sourcing local products and using local influences for our stunning terraced restaurant.

Our busy restaurant serves up to 200 people every lunch, with a fresh and funky menu, with dinner service taking up to 60 covers every evening serving a more formal and grown up dinner menu.

Our kitchen is made up of 8 – 10 chefs, from those with commercial kitchen experience to a season chalet cooking. We aim to provide the opportunity for all levels of chefs to improve their skills and learn off those more experienced than themselves. An enthusiastic and passionate approach to food and service is imperative.

This position is perfect for those who want a career break, just to get out of London or those who live for seasons.

Requirements

You must have experience either in a commercial kitchen or at least a season as a chalet chef.

Jobs run from May –September.
