Description

Ski Verbier is looking for a friendly, highly organised and hardworking cook to host and cater in a chalet for up to 6 guests.

Whilst you may not have professional qualifications, we need applicants who have a passion for food; who are able to provide a fine dining experience for our guests bypreparing and serving pre-dinner canapés followed by a four course gourmet meal, as well as breakfast and afternoon tea, 6 days a week.

Additional duties will include looking after our clients in a friendly chalet environment, but with the standard of service associated with a 5* hotel, completing stock takes and budgets as necessary.

Requirements

Catering to high standard dinner parties
Must be able to work on own initiative
Willingness to put guest needs first
Reliable
Excellent timekeeper
Excellent organisational skills
Flexible and a team player
EU passport holder
