Description
Catering Assistants and Food Servers required for our hospitality team at Eton Dorney.
The purpose of this FOH function is to serve customers food and beverages as per requirements and according to company standards and the Games food vision, maintain a clean and tidy area, provide an efficient and courteous service ensuring customer expectations are met/exceeded in a proactive manner. Legal measures must be adhered to and correct prices must be charged against current tariff if applicable.
Once we have gone through the review procedure selected candidates will go through the interview process. Successful candidates will be accredited according to LOCOG standards (a 3 year security check) before they are then invited to a mandatory induction process to introduce not only the event but the specific sites. You must undertake this accreditation process if you wish to work at either of the two new contracts.
Requirements
Must have good written, spoken and reading English skills, have the ability to communicate to others in a professional manner and have previous experience in similar role / industry. Successful applicants will be presentable and be able to work long and unsociable hours.
