Looking to further your career in the Outdoor Industry?

We are looking to recruit a Senior Paddlesports Instructor with a UKCC Level 2 Coach Award who will be responsible for the delivery of activity sessions to our guests at our centre in Normandy.
These roles are ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisory background. Your leadership qualities will be tested to the full in this role. Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will be directly responsible for all aspects of the Paddlesports activities, from training and monitoring the instructional staff team to regular checks of activity equipment.
You must have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills. We expect our staff to deliver excellent customer service to our guests, whilst delivering fun and safe activity sessions.
As part of the role, you will also be required to interact daily with the guests and get involved in all aspects of centre life from cleaning and serving at meal times to site work.

Requirements

UKCC Level 2 Coach

All of our staff participate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre and there are post-season training opportunities to gain NGB qualifications in different activities.

All applicants must be at least 18 yrs old and have a UK/EU passport, UK residential address, a permanent UK National Insurance number and a UK bank account. A current Enhanced CRB Disclosure is required for successful applicants.
