JCA is one of the fastest growing providers of School Activity Holidays. We are proud of our reputation for providing thousands of children every year with an unforgettable experience which promotes safety, personal development and of course, fun!

We are looking for Centre Managers to drive our business forward ensuring we deliver an unforgettable experience to our groups.

You will be based at one of our 13 centres across the UK, most of which offer over 50 land, environmental and water based activities, such as abseiling, kayaking and fencing. Our groups can book either weekend or midweek stays and we can tailor make our packages to suit the groups requirements.

Put simply, the Centre Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the centre and along with our Senior Instructors you will be managing and motivating a team of up to 50 Activity Instructors.

Just as important you will have daily contact with the Teachers and Party Leaders to ensure the holiday runs as smoothly as possible and everyone has a great time.

You'll also encourage schools to re-book for the following year before the end of their stay with you.

Requirements

Ideally you will have experience in the outdoor pursuits industry. With proven management experience and strong communication skills, you'll be exceptional when it comes to time management and customer service. You'll also be target driven with bags of initiative and a sense if fun!
