Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become part of our dedicated team. This position involves handling all aspects of our accountancy/ book keeping/ office admin (quotations, sales invoices, expenses etc.)
This position would be ideally suited to an individual who can multi-task, is well organised with pervious accountancy/ book keeping/office experience. We require someone who is also happy to help the team with other ad-hoc office duties!
You will be expected to work 35 - 40 hours over 5 days per week. Split shifts & weekends will be required on 'transfer days' & holidays.
Your duties will include:
- Checking & processing the payments for all bookings, prices and submitting quotations accurately.
- Keep track of and chasing all out-standing invoices.
- Processing invoices, credit notes, reimbursements etc.
- Entering staff expenses etc and checking they are within budget.
- Checking and entering all supplier invoices into our system.
- Assisting (from the office) with transfers to and from the local airports/resorts.
- Assisting the reservations team with scheduling transfers.
- Liaising with suppliers in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Keeping the on-line computer database, bookings & prices up to date.
- Entering & checking New Prices into our database for the current and next season.
Requirements
- Must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Conversational level of French is beneficial.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Previous office /accountancy/ book keeping experience beneficial.
- Full, clean driving licence (to get to and from the office, as public transport is limited).
This position requires you to be available from Mid Nov 2011 for at least 5 months.
