Vehicle Fleet Executive

• Staff training on winter driving and regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and the correct use of the vehicles
• Administering the vehicle log to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Monitoring fuel and toll spend to ensure budgetary compliance
• Supporting vehicle users, booking garage appointments
• Transfer day Operational support
• Communicating accurate information to suppliers, colleagues and UK departments
• Maintaining a good working relationship with all suppliers and resort staff
• Administering company vehicle distribution, supplier and user contact details and billing.

The role would suit a language placement student wishing to immerse themself in the French language and an office environment. Full training on internal systems will be provided.

Time distribution: 4.5 office days, 1 airport day, 1.5 days off. Possibility to undertake split shifts once key skills have been understood.

• Confident spoken and written French and English essential, German and Spanish an advantage
• Computer literate – in particular excel, word, outlook, internet
• Highly numerate and possessing great attention to detail – accuracy is essential
• Excellent inter-personal skills, confident and friendly telephone manner
• Highly organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Professional and mature outlook and can use initiative
• Works well under pressure
• Committed to working from early October to late May
• Previous experience and/or knowledge in fleet management would be ideal
