Description

Are you a flexible and adaptable team-worker who can take real ownership of your role and succeed?

As a Hotel Receptionist you will be a primary source of information for the guests. You will provide a high level of customer service from reception - dealing with queries, foreign exchange, handing out keys, taking money for settlement of all client bills, bar tabs, room service, ski hire, lift passes.

You will liaise with suppliers, deal with deliveries and work alongside Hotel Managers to complete any necessary administrative tasks given.

You will ensure the reception and surrounding areas are kept clean and tidy at all time.

You must be a good communicator with customer service experience and experience of working long unsociable hours. Waiting and cleaning experience will also be an advantage.

Requirements

Essential:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and friendly manner
  • Previous reception work experience
  • Second language in either French or Italian

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working in a ski resort
