Childcare Supervisor

• To provide a safe, stimulating & caring environment, of the highest quality for children aged 6months – 11years, within the dedicated crèches and clubs.
• To ensure that the crèches and clubs are providing a safe and child-friendly environment for family holidays and that all elements of the family service deliver on our brochure promises.
• To oversee the running of the childcare setting working and liaising with your Resort Manager Childcare and ensuring team work is being carried out at all times within your team.
• Solve problems efficiently & quickly that may arise in the crèche/club and ensure there is an environment that allows parents to feel comfortable to discuss any problems they may have
• Welcome parents into resort with Welcome Meetings & WOW.
