Purpose of the role:

Delivery of the brochure promise of all products within the TUI Ski Activity division in France, Switzerland, Andorra and Spain. Achievement of operational standards within agreed budgets, customer satisfaction and ongoing development of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountability for the financial performance across all overseas sectors
• Accountability for operational budgets and weekly KPI reporting
• Ensure that direct reports take ownership for all areas of the customer journey with the objective of providing a seamless overseas service
• Manage inter departmental relationships ensuring effective communication and cooperation across all sectors of the business

Requirements

• Overseas Management experience within the travel industry with experience of full accountability of the performance and delivery of all business areas of a comparative scale
• Fluent French
• Combination of strategic, planning and organisation skills balancing the customer service side of the business with the commercial needs
• Excellent leadership skills
