Kitchen Porter

Description

To provide a portering service to aid the day-to-day running of the kitchen, this position is a key role within our business. 80% of this job will be washing up both manually and with the aid of a dishwasher the other 20% will involve kitchen cleaning, transportation of equipment/furniture, maintaining the external yards.
 
This position may involve some heavy lifting so physical fitness is essential  


To maintain high standards of work at all times and comply with our health and safety measures.

Requirements

To be courteous and presentable at all times.
To be able to work in a fast paced environment and within a team
To be proactive within the working areas and look for improvements to the work process.

Some manual labour may be involved as part of the job, so physical fitness is advantageous. Some heavy lifting may be required from time to time.
