Description

Work at the world's most celebrated, most talked about, most magical race, the John Smith's Grand National at Aintree Racecourse.

You will be responsible for the successful running of one of our hospitality areas.

Controlling your section through stringent policy implementation and liaison with team members, you will take overall responsibility for all elements associated with your area. This will include anything from the accuracy of the stock count and service standard being provided to your customers, to the welfare, control, attitude and even training of staff.

It is your job to ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service possible through effective motivational techniques and a firm yet fair management style.

Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this position.

Previous management experience is needed and experience within the hospitality and catering industry is preferred.

You must be able to effectively manage customers and staff in a bustling working environment.
