Sous Chef

Description

Join the Evolution 2/Le Coffee team and work in the beautiful French Alps: Be part of Europe's longest ski season. 

We are seeking an experienced and talented sous chefs to work in our busy kitchen in a team of 4.

You will be based in our bustling and lively restaurant, Le Coffee, based at the foot of the stunning Grande Motte in the heart of Tignes/Val d'Isere.

Your role will include working daytime shifts in the 250 cover restaurant at a basic lunch menu and fine diner at the evening service,  and catering for regular blue-chip corporate events run by Evolution 2.
Your role will be central to the success of the restaurant and we are looking for innovative and motivated individuals capable of working under pressure , disciplined, with a knowledge of the HACCP rules.

Requirements

• Recognised catering qualification or extensive experience
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Previous five star hotel experience (preferred)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Speak French
