Chelsea FC is on the up and thirsty to regain their title as premiership champions. The boys in blue had another fantastic last season, reaching the Champions League & Carling Cup Finals. FMC are proud to be the official caterer at Chelsea FC and as a result we are constantly on the look out for new talent to work in the catering divisions of the club.

The specific duties of a stadium set up assistant include:
* To assist in the stocking up and restocking of all catering and hospitality units including confectionaries, liquor and associated disposables
* To check and secure all relevant deliveries
* Adhere to the local licensing requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages and challenge anyone believed to be under the legal age with proof of age
* To carry out all tasks accurately and with a sense of urgency
* Manage Food and Beverage items within the stadium
* Unload and load cages of equipment and deliveries as requested
* Ensure that areas of work are kept clean and tidy
* Ensure that all equipment / stock is stacked / stored back in the correct manner following manual handling procedures
* Follow all C.O.S.H.H procedures when handling any chemicals or substance that are compass-approved products (i.e. beer line cleaners, detergents etc.)
* Adhere at all times to relevant health and safety regulations
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks asked of you from within your team
* Operate in an honest, helpful and friendly manner towards customers and colleagues.
* To exceed the expectation of the customer and Chelsea football club at all times during your working shift and coming to and from the stadium
