Beverage & Bars Supervisor

Do you want to be part of one of London's premier catering teams working on major events at Wembley National Stadium? 

As a Beverage Supervisor at Wembley Stadium you have to be available to work shifts which can include, weekends and evenings on a rota basis.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for FIVE distinct functions:

• Cleanliness and Tidiness of Beverage storage and support areas according to agreed guidelines.
• Support the delivery of all Beverage services within the department
• Beverage stock levels – Ordering and stock taking –Ensure accurate stock rotation is in place
• Box holders billing
• Regular proactive observations and checks on equipment and facilities at the Unit

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety practices
• Creative in thinking and approach
•  Relevant experience within the Hospitality industry or a similar fast moving consumer environment
• Quality conscious with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work, prioritize and make good decisions in a pressurised environment
•  A “can-do” and proactive attitude
• Exceptional customer and client focus
• Strong computer/ IT skills / Micros & MC
• Ability to comply and endorse Company policies and procedures to the operation
•  Experience of line/ duty managing, mentoring and developing a team
• Relevant experience of working within a branded operation, as well as knowledge of the standards and structured processes required working within brand standards
