Do you want to be part of one of London's premier catering teams working on major events at the Emirates Stadium?

As a Retail Team Leader you will be responsible for serving hot snacks and/or alcoholic beverages within the stadium in a friendly and courteous manner.

You will

* Supervise and motivate a team of staff in retail outlet
* Manage the team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Rectify any guest matters with the minimal of disruption to service
* Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filled in in accordance to Company procedure
* Monitor presentation and appearance of staff to ensure consistently high standards are maintained
* Be a team player with a strong ability to give and take direction
* Ensure Company Health and Safety policies are adhered to
* Be responsible for the cash and takings within your outlet

Requirements

Previous Team Leader experience and numeracy/literacy skills are essential, however training will be provided.
