Do you want to be part of one of London's premier catering teams working on major events at the Emirates Stadium?

As a member of our food service team you will be responsible for cooking and assembling food in serveries ready for the box service staff to present to the guest.

You will

* Have certification of basic food hygiene
* Have knowledge of health and safety and comply with the standards set
* Will be cooking for guests between 16 to 40 covers at a time for the Corporate Boxes
* Have pride in how you look and come to work correctly dressed and well presented.
* Have the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
* Possess great communication skills and social skills to interact with colleagues
* Understand the importance of stock taking and recording of wastage
* Ensure a high level of product knowledge, presentation and portion control is maintained at all times.
* Maintain levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all food presentation areas.

Requirements

Due to our licensing regulations you must be 18 years and older. Prior experience is preferred.
