Tea Bar / Catering Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Tea/Bar Assistants at Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2012 race season.

As a catering/ tea bar assistant you are responsible for serving customers with hot and cold food and beverages in an efficient and polite manner.

You are accountable for maintaining the cleanliness of your area work at all times, ensuring stock and cash reconciliation.

We are the official caterers at Cheltenham Racecourse which is home to hunt racing and host to the famous National Hunt Festival - Gold Cup. 

Catering at Cheltenham Racecourse, provide high quality catering in an exciting environment, with an outstanding range of menus and bespoke packages to suit every occasion.

We are part of the Compass Group who manage multiple venues around the UK once you are registered with us you will be eligible to work at other major sporting venues such as Wimbledon, Edgbaston and Henley Regatta.

References are required.

Requirements

You will be over 16 years of age.

You will posses a pleasant, friendly, polite manner and good customer service skills.

You will need to be aware of legality when selling alcohol. Basic numeracy and literacy skill are necessary.

Experience is not necessary.
