Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

As a Hotel Assistant Chef your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help supervise other team members in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure that our high standards and procedures are maintained. You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for 50-100 guests in one of our chalet hotels.

You need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a team.

Requirements

  • Qualification or proven ability in the catering industry essential
  • Experience in large kitchens essential
  • Customer Service experience desirable
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
