Equity Ski Resort Reps are responsible for looking after the needs of our clients each week to ensure their ski trip is as enjoyable and smooth running as possible.
February half term and Easter are the busiest weeks in most ski resort as the number of school groups significantly increases! As such, Equity look for Peak Season Reps to accompany school groups on their ski trips over these busy periods.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Representing the company in resort.
- Planning and attending a weekly transfer day at the airport.
- Holding a weekly welcome meeting and daily duty hours.
- Providing resort information to clients & the UK office.
- Organising and running an entertainments programme.
- Accompanying clients to the doctor or hospital and dealing with insurance matters.
- Assisting with translation when necessary.
- Dealing with complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensuring 100% questionnaire return.
- Communication with the UK office and overseas managers.

Resort Representative applicants MUST:
- Be over 21.
- FLUENT in either French, German or Italian.
- Have some customer service experience.
- Have a friendly and sociable approach.
- Be able to think on your feet. |
